UK battery technology specialist, Britishvolt is to collaborate with global industrial technology powerhouse, Siemens, which is providing access to its digital design, execution & simulation tools to accelerate lithium-ion battery development & production. Britishvolt’s battery gigaplant, set to be located in the North East of England, is one of the UK’s largest-ever industrial investments, with production of world-class batteries to begin at the end of 2023.
