Following the General Election result, the National Engineering Policy Centre, representing 39 of the UK’s leading professional engineering bodies, has published an open letter to the Prime Minister setting out its key priorities for the new government. The letter, signed by the 39 engineering bodies, makes recommendations in 5 key areas, including calling for the implementation of the Perkins Review recommendations to secure the engineering skills needed for the future.
