MOSFET range expands for LEVs at PCIM

International Rectifier announces 60V StrongIRFET MOSFETs for industrial and electric vehicle applications in Nuremberg next month.
The MOSFETs are suitable for a variety of industrial applications including power tools, light electric vehicle inverters, DC motor drives, Li-Ion battery pack protection, and switched mode power supply secondary-side synchronous rectification.
The eight through-hole and six surface mount versions all feature low on-state resistance, claims the company, for low frequency applications. They also have high-current carrying capability, soft body diode, and 3V typical threshold voltage to improve noise immunity.
Each device is avalanche tested at industry highest avalanche current levels to ensure the most robust solution for demanding industrial applications.
There are available in TO-220, TO-247 and D2-PAK packages.
