Productronica to welcome strong international presence

Munich, Germany, will host Productronica (November 12 to 15) and welcome international exhibitors and visitors.

The number of international exhibitors that have registered for productronica is 10% higher than it was at this point in 2011, organisers reports. At the last productronica, there were 1189 exhibitors from 39 countries and 38 0172 visitors for productronica. This year, electrical energy storage (ees), the International Trade Fair for Energy Storage, Batteries and Innovative Manufacturing will be held in conjunction with productronica.

The number of joint exhibition stands representing various countries has also increased, with Estonia, Morocco, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic registering joint stands and national pavillions including Austria, France, Great Britain, Hungary and Japan.

"The share of international companies and national pavilions underscores productronica's position as the most important industry gathering in the world. The combination of innovations and pioneering developments for the future is of key importance to domestic and international companies alike," says Christian Rocke, exhibition director of productronica.

There will also be joint exhibition stands from Germany, i.e. from Bayern Innovativ, IHK Dresden and IHK Potsdam. The German Ministry of Economics and Technology will have a joint stand where new companies can present products and technologies
