Lauterbach Announces Support for the Intel® Atom™ Processor Series

Lauterbach, the leading manufacturer of hardware assisted microprocessor development tools, has today announced support for the Intel® Atom™ processor core based platforms for MID (Mobile Internet Devices) Menlow, Moorestown and Medfield. Support for other Atom families will quickly follow.

The existing TRACE32® PowerDebug system has been enhanced for the new processor architecture, bringing a mature high end debugging solution to the Intel® Atom™ architecture.
The TRACE32 PowerView software includes a very efficient and user friendly HLL debugger for C and C++ as well as awareness for both Linux and Windows® CE RTOS. The tools can be connected to either Windows or Linux hosts via USB or Ethernet 10/100/1000.
All TRACE32® PowerTools comply with the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) directive.
