Academic Partnership Focuses on AI Chip Development

Globally respected technology research institution King's College and Purdue University have entered into a memorandum of understanding.

This will encompass numerous forms of semiconductor device development, but will predominantly be concerned with advanced processing devices for dealing with artificial intelligence (AI) workloads. and computer chips.

“Collaboration across borders is key to driving the next stage of impactful scientific discovery that benefits all, it is why international collaboration with institutions like Purdue is a vital pillar of our research and innovation strategy at King's," states Prof. Bashir Al-Hashimi CBE, VP of Research at King’s College.
