HepcoMotion Apprentice Gains Noteworthy Accolade

04 July 2024

Up against stiff competition, one of the individuals currently on advanced automation technology provider HepcoMotion’s apprentice scheme has been named by Exeter College as its Engineering, Aerospace & Manufacturing Apprentice of the Year.

Irsida Kapllani started out as a HepcoMotion apprentice 2 years ago. Along with the rest of the company’s apprentice intake, she gets classroom based tuition at Exeter College, to complement the hands-on training received at the HepcoMotion production site in Tiverton. Irsida’s energy, conscientiousness, proactive attitude and motivation to progress as an engineer all contributed to her receiving this prize.

“We are thrilled to see Irsida’s hard work and passion for engineering recognised with this award,” states Maurice Porter, HepcoMotion’s Head of Learning, Development & Apprenticeships. “Irsida represents the future of engineering, and we are excited to support her continued growth and success.”
