Intended for physical access control applications, the iShield Key Pro units from Swissbit broaden the company’s authentication options via which users can look to protect their digital identities.

These hardware-based security keys are based on USB-C interfacing. They support the fast identity online 2 (FIDO2) standard, as well as the personal identity verification (PIV), HMAC-based one-time password (HOTP) and time-based one-time password (TOTP) security protocols. Up to up to 42 TOTP slots can be accommodated. These units can cope with an operational temperature range that spans from -25°C to 70°C.
