SoM Solutions Deliver Superior Performance for Edge-Based IoT/IIoT Implementations

Bringing connected intelligence to the edge, eInfochips’ Aikri-64X-90XX system-on-modules (SoMs) and associated development kits use 6nm QCS6490 microprocessor technology from Qualcomm as their foundation.

They also each feature the chip vendor’s Kryo 670 central processing units (CPUs), its Adreno 643 graphics processing unit (GPUs), plus its Adreno 633 video processing unit (VPUs). These items of hardware can handle 4K video streaming, along with sophisticated video analytics. Key applications include machine vision in robotics and industrial automation contexts.
