Further Click Board Added to MIKROE Portfolio

28 November 2023

Extending its array of Click board add-on hardware solutions (which currently comprises 1460 different models in total), MikroElektronika has just announced the CLICKER 4.

This is the initial offering in a series of boards with the advanced CODEGRIP programmer/debugger technology integrated. At its heart is a STM32F4 microcontroller unit (MCU) with a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M4 processing core capable of running at 168MHz, alongside 1MBytes of flash-based data storage and a full set of digital signal processing (DSP) instructions. There is a JTAG/SWD header plus USB Type-C ports. The widely adopted mikroBUS interconnection facilitates attachment to all sorts of different hardware. 6 LEDs, 6 push buttons and a reset button are also included.

“To make the prototyping experience as convenient as possible, Clicker 4 is equipped with an on-board debug unit, MIKROE's advanced CODEGRIP programmed/debugger, which is compliant with the on-board emulator standard, CMSIS-DAP. This allows designers to fully use, test, and debug the target device right out of the box,” states Nebojsa Matic, MIKROE’s CEO.
