Navitas Makes the Top End of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500

For the second year in a row, Californian manufacturer of high-efficiency wide bandgap (WBG) devices Navitas Semiconductor has been included in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 for North America - taking the 72nd position.
This annual list acknowledges the most rapidly growing technology businesses across the North American continent. Navitas has been cited for attaining a 2,129% increase in its revenue over the last 3 years - with ever-rising commercial traction for its gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC) products being witnessed.
“Our next-gen power-semi technologies are creating significant growth opportunities as we displace silicon in existing multi-billion dollar markets,” states Gene Sheridan, CEO of Navitas. “They also enable new-energy markets that are adopting GaN and SiC from the start, like EV, energy storage and renewable segments.”
