4-Channel 12-Bit 4GHz Mixed Signal Scopes

Units from the Siglent SDS7000A series of high-resolution multi-channel oscilloscopes are capable of delivering up to 4GHz bandwidths. These 12-bit resolution instruments have a sampling rate of 20GS/s and a 1Mwfm/s waveform capture rate, plus 500Mpts of data storage per channel.
A 220µVrms noise floor is exhibited at 4GHz. The user interface is a 15.6” touch-enabled display. Various automatic parameter measurements are supported - including jitter and eye characterisation, etc. These mixed signal oscilloscopes can be accompanied by SAP5000D 5GHz active differential probes. Their high input resistance and low input capacitance ensures that the load introduced by the measurement system is minimised.
