Plexus’s Advanced Supply Chain Strategy Recognised by SC21 Status

Leading EMS company Plexus has gained Silver status in the global SCS Competitiveness SC21 supply chain improvement programme.
To attain this status, Plexus aligned its PSOE integrated manufacturing execution system with SC21 accreditation requirements. The company aims to enable all of its manufacturing sites to deploy PSOE based on their specific individual needs, priorities and absorption capacity. Thanks to the programme’s implementation, Plexus has succeeded in raising production process efficiency, curbing wastage, reducing set-up time and improving staff skill development.
