Belden to Have Major Presence at SPS
14 November 2023
Starting today, Belden will be highlighting the breadth of its industrial automation solutions at SPS in Nuremberg.
Situated at Stand 120 in Hall 10, the company will show how its cutting-edge technology can be used to bring together data from numerous different sources and locations, in a diverse array of formats, in order to identify where process improvements can be made, efficiency levels raised and output quality enhanced. A series of demonstrations will be conducted - covering data acquisition, IT/OT convergence, analytical strategy, app execution, anomaly detection and cybersecurity. There will also be a series of presentations from experienced members of the Belden team. The subjects being discussed will include electric vehicle (EV) production, digital transformation, use of 5G private networks, upgrading legacy manufacturing installations, the contextualising of data, etc.
“We recognise that factories and warehouses need an infrastructure that can support increasing data volumes, and we’re committed to helping them enable enterprise-wide data to flow seamlessly and securely - from the edge to the cloud - to gain valuable insights and improve key performance indicators,” states Brian Lieser, Belden’s EVP for Industrial Automation Solutions. “Our next-generation solutions provide industrial organisations the foundation for digital potential across any protocol or vendor, transporting data for analysis, orchestration and management.”
