Wider Range of ROHM Products Now Accessible via Mouser

There are now over 13,000 different stock keeping units (SKUs) from semiconductor manufacturer ROHM available to order through the Mouser Electronics supply chain network.

Among the items recently added to the inventory are: 
  •  The BD9S402MUF-C buck DC/DC converter ICs with built-in MOSFETs - Intended for automotive infotainment and ADAS applications, these can deliver a 4A output current and support 2MHz switching frequencies. They have an adjustable soft start function, plus a variety of built-in protection mechanisms.  
  •  The 650V-rated GNP1070TC-Z and GNP1150TCA-Z EcoGaN E-mode GaN FETs - These devices can attend to a wide variety of power supply requirements in relation to both industrial and consumer sectors. They boast industry-leading figures of merit, translating into higher efficiency in power supply systems. 
  •  The BM3G0xxMUV-LB Nano Cap EcoGaN power stage ICs - Meant for use in situations where high power density and elevated levels of efficiency are mandated, each of these devices incorporates a 650V enhancement GaN HEMT and accompanying silicon driver. Advanced packaging technology curbs parasitic inductances caused by PCB and wire bonding substantially when compared to conventional discrete solutions. 
  •  The BV1LExxxEFJ-C and BM2LExxxFJ-C single and dual channel 40V intelligent low-side switches - These AEC-Q100 compliant devices are optimised for use in car body control, engine/transmission control units, solid state lighting modules and industrial programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Integrated over-temperature, over-current and over-voltage protection mechanisms, along with diagnostic features and microcontroller feedback result in performance improvements on discrete solutions, as well as great operational reliability.
