Advanced Flux Paste Formulas Introduced

The range of electronic flux pastes offered by Emil Otto has been extended, with 2 exciting new products being announced.
Both of these EO-FP-003 ROL0 fluxes exhibit industry-leading activation properties and spreading behaviour. They can be used when conducting component repair (in accordance with IPC/IPC 610 assembly reliability requirements), even on critical components. The activation properties of these pastes mean they can be used in small quantities while still being effective. Flux paste can be applied by means of hot air and soldering irons, but also via mini wave soldering equipment.
As Markus Geßner, Marketing & Sales Manager at Emil Otto, explains; “Both ROL0 fluxes are characterised by the fact that they leave only minimal residues on the circuit board after soldering. The residues are usually so small that they do not require additional cleaning.”
