Comprehensive Kitting Service - With Single Supplier Covering Complete BoM

Supply chain solution provider Agile Electronics is now in a position to offer customers a full electronic component kitting service for their production activities.
This leverages the company’s bespoke kitting software, as well as drawing on its staff’s in-depth understanding of electronic product assembly, plus an innate knowledge of where to source an extensive array of manufactured parts. Customers will have their complete bill-of-materials (BoMs) loaded on to Agile’s system as single line items - meaning all the constituent kit is billed together, with just one invoice to pay and only one delivery charge. It removes the need for buyers to have to negotiate with multiple suppliers, agree numerous contacts and pay a multitude of invoices/shipping charges. Attrition is factored in to ensure that production runs are carried out in full, while keeping on time and within budget. Advanced re-reeling machinery provides tapes for various SMT footprints with sufficient lead, further reducing the attrition costs involved. Labels with customer PCB locations are featured as standard, also including the Agile part number, quantity per board, overall quantity, description of the part and the manufacturer’s part number.
