Navitas’ 5th generation high-speed GeneSiC silicon carbide (SiC) diodes utilise the company’s merged-PiN Schottky (MPS) technology.

Intended for demanding data centre, industrial motor drive, renewable energy and consumer electronics implementations, these 650V-rated devices exhibit strong efficiency characteristics across all load conditions.
