Variscite Ramps Up its SoM Production Output

The newly installed production line will predominantly focus on its two newest SoMs - the VAR-SOM-AM62 (which is based on Texas Instruments' quad-core Cortex-A53 AM62x) and the VAR-SOM-MX93 (based on NXP's dual core Cortex-A55 i.MX93).
"Even during challenging years due to a global pandemic and economic uncertainty, Variscite has added new production lines to help our customers meet their own product development timelines," states Ofer Austerlitz, VP of Business Development & Sales at Variscite. "This additional production line not only increases our current production capacity, it also allows us to remain flexible and robust in an uncertain market environment with a mission to best support our customers."
