Wireless SoCs from Silicon Labs Added to the Mouser Portfolio

Targeting smart metering and lighting applications, the EFR32FG25 Flex Gecko wireless SoCs are another important addition to Mouser’s expansive product offering.
Manufactured by Silicon Labs, these devices each feature a 97.5MHz-rated 32-bit Arm Cortex-M33 processing core, plus a built-in power amplifier with up to 16dBm sub-GHz transmission power. Alongside all this, they have 1920kBytes of flash memory and 512kBytes of RAM integrated too. They support Wi-SUN multi-rate OFDM, FSK and OQPSK modulations - allowing them to be employed in electric metering, street lighting, industrial automation, logistics and various other forms of IoT-related applications.
