NCS-100EP Silver electrically conductive two part epoxy adhesive
Nicomatic (UK) has introduced a silver filled electrically conductive two-part adhesive, specifically developed for the electronics industry.
The electrically conductive properties of the NCS-110EP epoxy adhesive make it particularly suitable for attachment of surface mount components (such as LEDs) in electromechanical assemblies.
Additionally, as a thixotropic product with non-stringing characteristics, it is suited to screen-printing, dot dispense applications and high speed dot dispense processes where low temperature curing is required. Versions are also available for stencil printing processes. Adhesion to most metal and plastic materials is excellent as is its toughness and resistance to temperature; with lateral component push off testing showing a greater bond strength compared with many other conductive epoxy adhesives.
The NCS-110EP is available as standard in pre-weighed packages ready to be mixed by the operator, in order to ensure a correct mix ratio.
