Industry 4.0 is on its way

SMART Group's Industry 4.0 e-webinar on Tuesday 19th January will be presented by Phillip Stoten from Scoop Communications.
Phil is a well known author and speaker on many subjects. Recently presenting and chairing panel debates on Industry 4.0 at key global events, he is ideally suited to present this webinar for the SMART Group.
The 14.30 - 16.00 webinar will be explore the basic principles of Industry 4.0, the terms and language around it, and how it will impact upon various part of the business, from quality, to yield and eventually to bottom line profitability and competitiveness in the market. It will explore the different regional terms around automation, such as IoM (Internet of Manufacturing) and Made in China 2025.
Having assessed the impact of Industry 4.0, the webinar will discuss the process and elements that are required to make a successful deployment and how to start the journey to an Industry 4.0 enabled enterprise. Every journey starts with a single step and it will explore the initial steps that can be taken and what to watch out for when planning a more automated facility.
